Correction check·April 29, 2026

On 04/29/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erica Pacheco conducted a Plan of Correction inspection visit. LPA met with Director Billda Maberry. Also present were two assistants. There were 13 children present during today’s inspection. The purpose of today’s inspection was to verify that the deficiency issued during the annual inspection on 12/29/2025 has been corrected. On 12/29/2025, the facility was issued a Type B citation in violation of California Code of Regulations 101220(a) due to missing immunization records and medical assessments for children in care. Today, LPA Pacheco reviewed the immunization records and medical assessments that were needed. All required documents were obtained for the children reviewed. The licensee's Plan of Correction for the above listed deficiency has been cleared for the violation of California Code of Regulations 101220(a) . Plan of Correction letter will be provided to the licensee. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were observed today. Exit interview conducted with Director, Billda Maberry. A notice of site visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
