What the inspector wrote
On 4/17/2026 an unannounced annual inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst, (LPA) Yesenia Fierro. LPA met with Director Jessica Ramsey and toured the facility, both indoors and outdoors. The LPA observed all required licensing forms to be posted in a visible location for authorized representatives to view them. A census was taken and there were 12-day care children present. This facility runs a full day program Monday through Friday from 6:30AM-5:30PM. There are no firearms, ammunition or swimming pools/bodies of water on the premises.
This facility is composed of two (2) classrooms. During today’s inspection LPA observed there was a working fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide indicator, that meet statutory requirements. LPA observed furniture and equipment are in serviceable condition, floors and carpets in the facility are clean. There is adequate heating and ventilation for the comfort of those in care. LPA observed toys, play equipment, materials and surfaces accessible to children are clean and in operable condition. Facility classrooms have a complete first aid kit, all toilets and handwashing facilities are in safe and sanitary operating condition. The facility is free of flies, insects, and rodents’ food preparation and storage areas are clean, free of litter/rubbish and free of rodents/vermin. Solid waste storage containers have tight-fitting covers and are in good repair. Director is aware that poisons are required to be locked and inaccessible to children. LPA did not observe disinfectants, cleaning solutions and other dangerous items to be accessible to children. No poisons were observed during the inspection.
During today’s inspection LPA observed the outdoor playground equipment is in safe condition, free of sharp, lose or pointed parts. The surface of the outdoor activity space is maintained in a safe condition and is free of hazards, areas around high climbing equipment, swings and slides have cushioning material to absorb falls.

LPA reviewed a sample of children’s files and observed files were complete with contact information for authorized representatives and or relatives or others who can assume responsibility for the child, medical assessment, immunizations recorded. LPA also reviewed a sample of staff files and observed files complete with health screening, immunization records for influenza, pertussis and measles and current documentation of completed mandated reporter training. Staff records contain documentation of meeting qualification requirements. This facility has more than one person trained in CPR and first aid.
Incidental Medical Services (IMS) are currently being provided. Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department. Director was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.

as an additional resource. LPA also informed Director of the importance of checking for recalled infant devices on the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) website at

and recommended they register all infants devices with the CPSC to be notified of any recalls on their purchased equipment.
This facility was built after January 1, 2010, and is exempt from testing for lead in water.
Director was informed of the MyChildCarePlan.org website; a consumer education website that helps families obtain childcare by connecting them to childcare providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California. CON'T 809-C
