    BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS

    Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above.In the classrooms there are play kitchens that can be tipped over and are to be anchored, rolling bookcases that requires the wheels to be locked, cubbies are to be anchored and the tall bookcases house staff purses. Licensee is to ensure staff belongings are inaccessible to children in care. For the outside area, the chain link fencing bolts are too long and need to be three or four threads long. These items pose a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
