Facility-requested visit·July 26, 2023

On July 26, 2023 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Kari McWilliams and Adrian Pizano conducted an announced case management inspection on the above facility to inspect and measure classrooms for licensor. LPAs met with Administrator Leanne Cerda. When LPAs entered the classrooms, LPAs observed that the classrooms were not set up for use and had items and equipment stacked throughout classrooms. LPAs informed Ms. Cerda that the classrooms will need to be set up as if they were accepting children and cannot measure classrooms until they are set up. An additional inspection will be completed when the classrooms are set up. Per Title 22 Division 12 Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations no deficiency's were cited. Report read and exit interview conducted with Leanne Cerda. A Notice of Site was left with Leanne Cerda.
