What the inspector wrote

On 04/29/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Octavia Nolan conducted an unannounced Case Management visit and was met by Licensee, Holly Oliveira. Licensee reported to Community Care Licensing that she would be adding a fence to the infant playground that would reduce the total outdoor activity space. LPA toured the facility indoors and outdoors, and a census was taken. Outdoor measurements were taken on this date and reviewed with Licensee. The total outdoor area measured 1774 square feet which will accommodate the current capacity of 22 infant children. A new facility sketch was submitted. The infant play area is fenced all around with a large grass area and a cemented play area that is separated by a gate. LPA observed age-appropriate toys and play equipment. Licensee is using cushioned pads in fall zones on the cemented area. There is no swimming pool or other bodies of water on the premises. There are no firearms or ammunition allowed or stored on the premises. Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, medication and other hazardous items are made inaccessible to children. No poisons were observed during the inspection. During the inspection, LPA observed furniture and equipment are in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. All floors are clean and safe. The facility is free of flies, insects, and rodents. Facility has one or more functioning carbon monoxide detectors that meet the statutory requirements. Solid waste storage containers have tight-fitting covers and are in good repair. Drinking water is available both indoors and outdoors as drinking water is provided by drinking fountains. Continued on LIC 809C LPA and Licensee discussed the Community Care Licensing website www.ccld.ca.gov which will provide access to Provider Information Notices (PINs), Quarterly Updates, COVID-19 Information and Resources, Mandated Reporter Training, Safe Sleep in Child Care, Lead Poisoning Facts, Forms and Regulations. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency is being cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. A notice of site visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Holly Oliveira.
