On 03/12/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sonja Navarrette conducted an unannounced plan of correction inspection at the facility and met with Licensee, Vincenta Sugai. The Licensee sent LPA pictures of the spa being drained and photos of locking devices for the sauna before the plan of correction due date. The Licensee is keeping the spa and sauna locked.
