On 10/01/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Sonja Navarrette conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. The purpose of the inspection was to follow up on information that was reported to the Department on 09/05/2025 regarding supervision and posting requirements. Today, LPA Sonja Navarrette met with Director Danielle Panuco, toured the facility and took a census of the children. LPA reviewed child\342\200\231s files, observed child activities and conducted staff interviews. LPA were informed that Director had followed the facilities procedures to ensure the children are supervised at all times and needs are being met. This appears to be an isolated incident, and staff are following appropriate policies and regulations regarding posting requirements. Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency cited. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Danielle Panuco. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
