This agency has investigated the complaints alleging " Teacher hit child on head and Teacher left bruises on child's left forearm." Based on the evidence obtained during the course of the investigation by IB, the Department has determined that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED . "No deficiencies were cited on today’s visit" A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
