The above regulation was not met C1 received a injury while attending the CCC on 3/4/2025. Mutiple witnesses osberved C1 in discomfort after waking up from nap. Aditionally Staff sated, they should have notified management sooner.

REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
Upon the occurrence, during the operation of the child care center of any of the events specified in (d)(1) below, a report shall be made to the Department by telephone or fax within the Department's next working day and during its normal business hours. In addition, a written report containing the information specified in (d)(2) below shall be submitted to the Department within seven days following the occurrence of such event. Epidemic outbreaks. This regulation was not met due to facility failing to report multiple cases of RSV out breaks to the department as required.

101427 Infant Care Food Service(h) Infants who are unable to hold a bottle shall be held by a staff person or other adult for bottle feeding...infant able to hold his/her own bottle shall be unbreakable.This requirement was not met as evicenced by: LPA observed a staff bottle feeding infants while they were laying on the floor. Based on LPA observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
