LPAs observed chemicals/detergents accessible to residents in care in bathroom #3, in the passageway outside of the garage exit door, and a hallway linen closet next to bedroom #3. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation, interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPAs observed a trash can and a recycling can obstructing the passageway in the backyard outside of bedroom #1. This passageway is part of the emergency evacuation plan which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on records review, the facility did not have adequate cash reserves to meet 1 month's average operating costs. This posed a potential threat to the health and safety of residents in care.
