This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPAs investigation, review of records, and interviews with staff, and other related parties. The resident (R3) received their medication in error from 8/1/23 through to 8/21/23. R3's Order had changed on 8/1/23, but the resident received three pills a day instead of the new dosage of one pill a day. This is a risk to residents health and safety. Second/repeat citation within twelve (12) months, a civil penalty (CP) is assessed in the amount of $250 today, see LIC421FC
