LPA Laird's visit was conducted to follow up on citations which were issued during an annual inspection on 12/3/25. During today's inspection LPA Laird observed licensee and two assistants supervising 12 children, and operating within ratio and capacity requirements. LPA Laird did not observe any uncleared adults in the home. The home appeared to have been cleaned and organized. LPA Laird observed the Notice of Site Visit from 12/3/25 posted in the entryway visible to parents. Licensee provided copies of the LIC9224's signed by parents. Based upon inspection, LPA Laird determined licensee has corrected the deficiencies as cited on 12/3/25, therefore LPA Laird has cleared the citations.
