On 11/21/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laticia Thompson and Suzette Ornelas conducted an unannounced visit to confirm the Toddler room was converted from a teacher resource room and corrections were made that were requested during capacity increase visit. LPA's observed Toddler room has been converted to Toddler Room B and across the hall is Toddler Room A. LPA recommended that licensee provide age appropriate furniture and chairs. LPA observed the following outstanding corrections Thermostat needs to be replaced in refrigerator in located in staff lounge area were children food is stored. An exit interview was conducted with the director and a copy of this report and appeal rights.
