Based on record review and observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in nice out of nine cihildren's files, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.Per LPA's observations and interview with Teacher Herlene Ojeta the faciity does not keep a sleeping log for each individual child in care. The facility has a sleeping plan for two infants under 12 months in care.
