    Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In touring the facility LPA observed two bedrooms and the laundry room open. In the laundry room there was detergent and bleach on the shelf. Also, the backyard had several areas with dog feces however, no children were at play. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee did not submit an incident report regarding closure due to COVID-19.
