Signs of distress, which includes but is not limited to flushed skin color, increase in body temperature and restlessness........ This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA observed that the facility was not documenting infant sleep in the 12-18 month old classroom. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
