Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 10/02/2025 at approximately 2:00 PM Licensing Program Analyst Loraine Perez met with Licensee Fatmata Pearson. Present today are the Licensee and one assistant. There is a census one infant and five preschool and two school age for a total of eight children in care. Two children in care are the are the Licensee's own minor children who count toward capacity of the facility. LPA toured the facility, conducted interviews and collected records during the inspection. LPA observed a child in an off-limit area. Licensee immediately removed the child from the off-limit area bringing the facility back into compliance. A citation is recorded on the LIC809D. Licensee requested to update off-limit areas to all bedrooms and primary bathroom, laundry room, and garage. Children may never enter off-limit areas. In the areas that were evaluated, a deficiency was observed at the time of the inspection and cited on LIC 809D . A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee Fatmata Pearson.
