Each of which does not comply with Title 22 regulations, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

    Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPAs observed 1 infant, C1, in care that was inside of a sleep sack while sleeping, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

    Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPAs reviewed records which showed that Child 3 (C3) did not have 15 minute safe sleep logs available to review for the past year, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The other infant in care, Child 1 (C1) did have their 15 minute safe sleep logs completed. Additionally C3 will age out of this requirement within 1 month.

    To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion, threat, mental abuse, or other actions of a punitive nature...This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on the interviews conducted the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the interview with the Licensee it was disclosed that she is always having to tone her Assistant down, explain to him/her that certain words cannot
