This requirement was not met evidence by: Based on LPA's observation and interviews, LPA determined that there were mutliple biting incidents within the facility.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by:Based on observation, interviews, and record review, it was revealed that the staff does not ensure C#1 has appropriate clothing while in care. Staff left C#1 walking without a shoe which resulted in C#1 having a blister under the foot. while in care which poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
