This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on observation of the Outdoor play area, there was a broken/rusty lunch table, broken playhouse, and a metal wire snap mouse trap in the director's office that is accessible to children. Interviews with staff and parents also indicate that current menus are not posted. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to the children in care.
