On or before March 30, 2018, a person who, on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training provided... and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years...this requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPAs file review, with the exception of the Director, none of the staff had current Mandated Reporter training on file. Most had expired in 2019 or 2020. This is a potential hazard to children in care.
