What the inspector wrote

Based on the information received, the allegations are determined to be unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Exit interview conducted at which time the report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Amanda Faulkner. A Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA Williams and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.00.

    (g) Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other items that could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where inaccessible to children.(1) Storage areas for poisons shall be locked. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA and Director toured the facility and observed unlocked cabinets with cleaning supplies in three out of five classrooms toured. This is a potential risk to the health an safety of children in care.
