Outdoor Activity Space. The surface of the outdoor activity space shall be maintained free of hazards.There is exposed metal on the large play structure. The regulation has not been met because there is exposed metal on the large climbing structure that is too hot for the LPA to touch with bare hands (the outdoor temp is 96 degrees F today). There is also a hot PVC pipe surrounding the sand box. As evedenced by the LPA's observations.
