What the inspector wrote

On 04/07/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Octavia Nolan conducted an unannounced case management incident inspection at the facility and met with Site Supervisor Megan Doyle. LPA took a tour of the facility and a census. On 03/09/2026, the facility notified Community Care Licensing by phone that the infant classrooms will be temporarily moved to the main building due to floor replacement. During today’s inspection, LPA verified the temporary classrooms are licensed for infants and have age-appropriate equipment. LPA observed a padded changing table, high chairs, and napping mats. LPA discussed with the Site Supervisor the sleeping area for infants shall be physically separate from the indoor activity space by walls or partitions at least four feet high. LPA also discussed there shall be one crib for each infant that is unable to climb out of the crib. Site Supervisor was provided Title 22 Regulations infant care sleeping equipment and indoor activity space for infants. Site Supervisor stated there is no estimated time of completion for the construction. Site Supervisor will notify Community Care Licensing when the repairs are complete. Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency cited during today's visit. Exit interview conducted with Site Supervisor Megan Doyle and a copy of this report was provided. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
