If you have more than one child at the facility, you can sign in or sign out all of them with a single signature instead of going through the process separately for each child.

How it works

1

Scan and verify

Scan the QR code at the facility, enter your phone number, and enter the verification code from your text message. This is the same process as a regular sign-in.
2

Select your children

After verification, you will see all your children listed. Use the Sign In / Sign Out toggle buttons at the top to choose your action. Tap the checkbox next to each child you want to include. The action button updates to show how many children you have selected.
You can switch between Sign In and Sign Out at any time. Your selection will clear so you can make a new selection for the different action.
The system automatically filters children based on their current status for the selected action. Children who are already signed in won’t be selectable for sign-in, and children who are not signed in won’t be selectable for sign-out.
3

Sign once

Tap “Continue” to see the signature screen. Type your name or draw your signature. This single signature covers all selected children. Tap Confirm to complete.
4

Done

You will see a success screen showing all children who were signed in or out, along with the time.

Troubleshooting

No. You pick one action (Sign In or Sign Out) and apply it to all selected children. If you need to do both, complete one batch, then start again for the other.
Just select only that child. The multi-select feature does not require you to select multiple children.
When you select “Sign In,” children who are already signed in are shown but can’t be selected (they are grayed out). The same applies for “Sign Out” — children who aren’t currently signed in won’t be selectable.
Yes. Your single signature legally covers all children you selected, just as if you had signed separately for each one.
Yes. Tap “Cancel” on the signature screen to go back and change your selection.
Up to 10 children per batch.
This means you are not listed as an authorized adult for one or more of the children you selected. Check with the facility to confirm your authorization.
Make sure the facility has linked all your children to your phone number. If a child was recently added, it may take a moment to appear. Contact facility staff if children are missing.
This happens when none of your children are eligible for that action. For example, if all children are already signed in, the “Sign In” option won’t be available.

Tips

  1. Morning drop-off: Select all children, Sign In, one signature, done.
  2. Afternoon pickup: Same process — select all, Sign Out, sign once.
  3. Mixed schedules: If one child has a different schedule, just don’t select them in the batch.
