This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, the Licensee did not comply with the above regulation with at least one staff (S1). LPA Colvin learned that S1 is the acting Administrator for the facility, and requires an Exemption Transfer to this facility. This is an immediate safety risk to all residents in care.
