This requirement is not met as evidenced by, based on observation. LPA observed that the side fence of the play area is tilting towards the play area, which is unsafe for children in care.

Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met as evidenced by:Based on interview and record review, a staff turned around and bent over to cover the sandbox, and one of the children standing beside her scratched the other child standing beside her. The teacher did not observe the incident occur, which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
