LPA observed two carpets in the toddler room that need to be cleaned. LPA observed a storage room with stuffed animals and sheets in which LPA was unsure if they were clean. This is a potential risk the health and safety risk.

LPA observed the carpet lifted in the preschool classroom which needs to be tacked down. In addition, LPA observed a wall with chipped corking and paint. This is a potential risk the health and safety risk.
