No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time… Supervision shall include visual observation.The licensee did not comply with the regulation above as evidenced by: Based on interviews and records reviews, the licensee did not meet the regulatory requirements above, which poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. The staff did not visually supervise Child 1; Child 1 ran out of the playground into the adjacent parking lot. Staff did not know until the parent informed them the child got out.
