Upon arrival at 9:15 a.m. LPA observed Danaan Wilson caring for seven children in the outdoor play area. LPA observed Danaan Wilson has not submitted fingerprints prior to working in a licensed facility which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
