Drinking Water. Drinking water from a noncontaminating fixture or container shall be readily available both indoors and in the outdoor activity area. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: At 3:33pm, LPA observed no drinking water available on the playground while the 2's classes were having outdoor activities. As stated by the director, the drinking fountain is covered following health guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Director stated that staff did not bring the water out to the playground as required when they took the 2's classes to the playground.
