This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on the information obtained during interviews and review of pertinent documentation, staff did not provide sufficient care and supervision to prevent unkind interactions between children, resulting in C1 sustaining a minor injury by C2. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.

Although food was never withheld from a student for an entire meal, a student may need to wait until all the other children were finished or have it delay as a form of disciple which poses/posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
