CCL was not notified via telephone and was notified in writing, twenty days after medical attention was obtained. This failure to provide timely notification poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.

This is not a safe or developmentally appropriate activity for infant aged children. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
