Supervision shall include visual observation.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA observations and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as a child was left unsupervised in the yard, which posed an immediate threat to the health and safety of the child in care.

Section 101229 (a)(1) that no child shall be left without the supervision, including visual supervision, of a teacher at any time. This requirement is not met as evidenced by, LPA Record Review, Unusual Incident Report (UIR) LIC 624 dated 5/17/2024, showed that on 5/9/2024 at 10am, C1 left unattended in a small room outside of C1's classroom corridor in between classroom and outdoor space for 2-3 minutes which pose an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights to children in care.
