Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed paint chipping in all classrooms, chairs that needed to be cleaned, play equipment that was broken/missing parts, and rugs that were fraying posing a tripping hazard in 3out of 4 classrooms which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
