This requirement is not met as evidenced based on interview and document review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above evidenced by the staff not providing medication assistance to R1 which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

87307 Personal Accommodations and Services (d) The following space and safety provisions shall apply to all facilities:(1) Sufficient room shall be available to accommodate persons served in comfort and safety. Based on interview, observation, and document review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above evidenced by not providing a bedroom with accommodations for their basic bathroom needs which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

80087-Buildings and Grounds (g)(g) Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons, firearms and other items that could pose a danger if readily available to clients shall be stored where inaccessible to clients.This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on interviews and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not having the cleaning supplies locked and unaccessable to residents in care which poses immediate health,safty and personal rights risk to residents in care.

Maintenance and Operation:A comfortable temperature for residents shall be maintained at all times.The facility shall cool rooms to a comfortable range, between 78 degrees F (26 degrees C) and 85 degrees F (30 degrees C), or in areas of extreme heat to 30 degrees F less than the outside temperature. This requirement was not met as evidence by: LPA observed multiple thermostats to be set between 73 degrees F and 76 degrees F. This poses a potential risk to residents in care.
