Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met as evidenced by staff and the Director. On 02/18/2022 at 5:34 PM, a twenty month old child #1 was left unattended outside in the enclosed play yard for approximately twenty seconds until staff noticed after they were transitioning back to the classroom. The staff went back to retrieve the child. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
