This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA Clayton's observation that the children in the Dolphin class are not having their toileting/diapering needs addressed until a another teacher arrives at 10am, which posed a Health and Safety risk to children in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: The child in care suffered a dislocated elbow in care, and LPA Clayton's observation of teacher S1 pulling children by the wrist, and arm, which poses and immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA Clayton's observation of staff repeatedly send a child outside without assessing the child’s needs, (eating, toileting, etc.) which is a violation of the child’s personal rights.

(e)n aide shall work only under the direct supervision of a teacher. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA Clayton record review of the staff file and the inability to veriry the education requirement was met, and LPA Clayton observed the staff supervising children in the absence of a fully qualified teacher.
