The south side fire door was tested and did not operate properly; it did not open after 30 seconds. One door in the lobby is not working and does not open after 30 seconds. Staff provided work order for Wandering Gate Upgrade proposal from West Mills Communications Corporation which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
