    101223 Personal Rights(a)(1) The licensee shall ensure that each child isto be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons.This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on LPA’s interviews, LPA interviewed 8 staff, during the staff interviews, 3 out of 8 staff disclosed they have witnessed staff yelled at child to go to sleep and stay on bed. Which poses an immediate health risk to the children in care.

This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on LPA’s interviews, Licensee stated S1 blocked the door. S2, S3, S5, S6, and S7 have witnessed an object blocking the door, leading from the infant’s classroom to the preschool classroom.
