At 1:02 PM, LPA observed a Med-Tech pre-pouring residents’ medications for the afternoon medication pass. During an interview, Med-Tech stated that medications are scheduled to be administered at 2:00 PM. which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
