Supervision shall include visual observation.This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews, and record reviews, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above, as of April 15, 2025, the lack of visual supervision resulted in a delayed response to a medical emergency, which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of the children in care.

Staff member S1 was observed supervising a group of 14 children during the scheduled nap period. Out of the 14 children, two were awake and active, which placed the teacher out of ratio. This staffing arrangement poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of the children in care.
