Report subscriptions deliver compliance summaries to your email automatically. Toggle on the reports you need and ReadyRule sends them on the schedule you choose. Report subscription toggles for weekly, daily, and monthly reports

Quick start

Open settings

Navigate to Settings from the sidebar. Scroll to the Automated Reports section.

Enable a report

Toggle the switch next to any report type to activate it. The subscription starts immediately on the default schedule.

Confirm delivery

Reports are sent to the email address associated with your account. The delivery schedule is shown below each toggle when active.

Available reports

A summary of sign-ins, absences, and late pickups for the past week. Delivered every Monday at 8:00 AM.
A snapshot of your staff-to-child ratio for the day. Delivered daily at 5:00 PM.
Overall compliance metrics and trends for the previous month. Delivered on the 1st of each month at 9:00 AM.

How it works

Each subscription stores your preferred frequency, day, and time. ReadyRule’s scheduled job system checks for due reports and delivers them via email. You can disable any subscription at any time by toggling it off — no data is lost, and you can re-enable later. All reports are sent to the email address shown at the bottom of the subscriptions panel.
Enable the weekly attendance report to catch late-pickup patterns and attendance gaps before they become compliance issues.
